I started this small business with a simple belief:
Our time, our rest, and our joy deserve to be protected. What began during a busy season of my life (as a teacher, grad student, and endlessly busy person) has grown into a space where cozy, intentional living is celebrated. Through stationery, journaling tools, and affirmation-forward goods, I hope to help you carve out little moments of peace, creativity, and self-care. Whether you're planning, dreaming, or simply catching your breath, I'm honored to be a small part of your journey.
Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here.

At Sunday Hours Co., we believe in slow, intentional living and in creating cozy little rituals or rhythms that anchor us to joy.
A message from the founder:
“I used to roll my eyes at the idea of self-care. I thought relaxation was a luxury, and boundaries were for the privileged. I convinced myself that if I wasn’t productive every minute of the day, from the moment I woke up to the moment I collapsed into bed, I was failing. “Sleep is for the weak,” right? Or, “I’ll sleep when I’m dead.”
But here’s the truth: our time is precious, and our lives are sacred. If we don’t choose to rest, our bodies will make that choice for us. Setting boundaries (whether it’s reserving Sunday, the last day of your weekend, or carving out moments of peace in the middle of chaos) is not selfish. It’s sacred. I hope you find those moments for yourself, moments you can call your own.
When I started this brand in 2022, I was a high school teacher, a student leadership moderator, a yearbook advisor, and the go-to person for anything that needed doing. I was also a part-time grad student, balancing 3-hour classes two to three times a week. Life was non-stop. But then I took a step back, listened to the message behind my own products, and realized I needed to make a change.
Today, I’ve slowed down. I work at a bookshop, and I embrace the many roles I hold: dog mom, auntie, daughter, friend. I am many things, but I am not a machine. Self-care isn’t a luxury—it’s a necessity. It’s how I can show up for my family, my friends, my community, and myself.
Protecting my time and caring for myself doesn’t just make me better…it makes me whole.”
